Me and my kids stayed at the hotel for 4 days for holidays to discovering the place. Comfort Zone is situated in an exceptionally central place, it’s thoroughly clean and the beds are quite cozy! There is just one point I would propose going forward and that’s to offer more hotel amenities, shower gel especially. However, We were more than happy with this place and would definitely recommend it to any one planning to go to Birmingham.
